If you have lost property or missing baggage or has been damaged during your flight, please select your Airline you flew with below for more information and contact details.

Qantaslink

Your bags / luggage was not available or damaged on arrival:

  • Go to the Qantaslink Check-In counter and report to the local representative, North West Aviation Services.
  • Lodge a report online via the Qantas self serve portal.

    You will need your flight details and your baggage tag numbers handy.
