Your bags / luggage was not available or damaged on arrival:

  • Go to the Qantaslink Check-In counter and report to the local representative, North West Aviation Services.
  • Lodge a report online via the Qantas self serve portal.

    You will need your flight details and your baggage tag numbers handy.
